DEFIANT OBAMA REFUSES TO RELEASE FCC INTERNET TAKEOVER PLAN!

Americans Must Speak
Out to Stop Obama!

The FCC just voted to grant itself regulatory control of the internet. Three Democrats on this unelected panel voted in favor of Obama's 332-page plan without allowing Americans to see what was in the plan.

The Washington Times reports that the FCC "will not be releasing the rules for some time."

They would not let anyone see the proposed rules before they passed them without a public comment period. Now the FCC refuses to let anyone -- including Congress -- see the rules they just passed!

Americans' right to freedom of religious and political speech has never been this blatantly threatened. There is, however, some good news.

Congress can nullify the FCC vote!

Send your FaxGrams to House and Senate Republicans today and urge them to follow Rep. Bob Goodlatte's (R-VA) plan to nullify the FCC vote!

Here is how Congressman Goodlatte's plan would work.

The House and Senate can pass a resolution of disapproval under the Congressional Review Act. This would only require a simple majority of Republicans in the House and Senate.

They could nullify the FCC vote in the resolution AND prevent Obama's panel of bureaucrats from reclassifying the internet as a public utility under horse-and-buggy shipping rules that originated in the 1800s.

What the FCC does is firm-up its position by following an obtuse procedural system whereby internally the commissioners agree on every detail in a proposed regulation change, keeping the whole process secret, and only upon majority vote does the FCC allow public comment during a required 30-day period.

This is essentially making a de facto fait accompli out of what is supposed to be a deliberative process, thus violating the intent of the Administrative Procedure Act.  This sleight-of-hand is much akin to previously rampant de facto discrimination as it is an administrative feint whereby the process is rigged by a prior agreement!

You HAVE to convince Congress to nullify Obama's plan.

Obama will use his sweeping new internet powers to censor conservative Christian content on the internet in order to consolidate his own power over our lives.

Tell House & Senate Republicans to pass a resolution nullifying the FCC vote! We have to keep the internet out of the federal government's hands!

John 3:20 tells us, "For every one that does evil hates the light, and will not come to the light, otherwise his deeds would be reproved."

Obama's actions surrounding the FCC internet takeover were crafted in secret. The rules were passed in secret. The rules are being kept secret even to this day!

If Obama's plan is so wonderful, it should have been released so everyone could see it ahead of time.

But as always, Obama's intent was evil, so his army of bureaucrats wrote this plan and passed it under a veil of secrecy. They KNOW the American public would rise up against them if they knew the full scope of this evil plan!

Once Obama's plan is implemented, we may never go back to the days when we have enjoyed freedom of speech on the internet. It is vitally important that you and every person you know speak out against this radical big-government internet takeover!

Dear Congressman Nunes:

The FCC has historically violated the Administrative Procedure Act by voting on Hussein Obama's secret 332-page plan to tax and censor the internet through government regulations, without first allowing a 30-day public comment period. You have a duty to overturn this rule change!

The American people did not want the government to take over the internet. We did not ask for this plan and we were given no opportunity to see it before it was voted on.

To make matters even more disturbing, the FCC has still not publicly released this plan which will impact the lives and the civil rights of every single American. This is the worst example of big government tyranny that I have seen since Hussein Obama came into office.

You have the power to nullify the FCC vote on Obama's secret plan.

Congress can pass a resolution of disapproval under the Congressional Review Act to nullify the Gestapo-like tactics in the FCC and to prevent the agency from reclassifying the internet as a public utility under rules that were crafted in the age of horses and buggies.

These unaccountable, unelected bureaucrats at the FCC who voted in favor of Obama's latest power grab have rightfully earned the scorn of all Americans. You will earn the praise and support of the American people if you do the right thing for us by freeing the internet from Obama's personal political oversight. Nullify the FCC Vote!
