Congress CAN Overrule the Supreme Court: Tell Senators & Representatives To DO THEIR JOBS!

Congress Can Rein In
Liberal Black-Robed Dictators

The Supreme Court does not have the final say on the definition of marriage. All it takes to overrule a Supreme Court decision like the homosexual "marriage" ruling in June is a Congress that is willing to ACT!

Congress could pass a bill today that LIMITS the jurisdiction of the black-robed dictators on the Supreme Court and in fact Congress has done so many times in the past!

Right now our Congress needs to be reminded that it has this power and that is where your help comes in to preserve the Biblical definition of marriage that has been in place throughout human history!

Send FaxGrams to the Senate Judiciary Committee today and demand immediate passage of S. 1080, the "Protect Marriage from the Courts Act!"

Congress has the authority to limit the Supreme Court's jurisdiction. This has happened many times in the past and Congress can protect true marriage from the courts if this act is passed.

Congress can simply pass a new law, act or regulation that reverses a Supreme Court decision. This used to be so commonplace that there was nothing controversial about it at all. It was simply the way our government operated back when it was still functional and accountable to we the people!

In 1991, Congress passed a new version of the Civil Rights Act that reversed five separate Supreme Court decisions.

The New York Times has reported that between 1975 and 2008, Congress overruled the Supreme Court 131 times by passing new laws. From 1975 to 1990, Congress overruled the Supreme Court an average of six times per year!

But in January of 2009 that practice of good government dropped to zero!

As soon as dirty Chicago-style politics entered the White House, Congress stopped overruling the Supreme Court, allowing a co-equal branch of the federal government to become a gang of black-robed dictators who for the most part are enemies of the Constitution and the Bible.

Tell Congress to overrule the Supreme Court's homosexual "marriage" ruling by sending your FaxGrams today!

The definition of marriage that has been in place throughout human history is so obvious that the vast majority of people understand it and believe in it, even in liberal states like California.

Jesus could not have been more clear than when he spoke in Mark 10:7-9: "For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh; so then they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate." (NPT Bible page 1,173)

I do not know about you but I am sick and tired of Obama's lapdogs -- John Boehner and Mitch McConnell -- stating that it is "the law of the land" every time the Supreme Court hands down a ridiculous judgment.

Congress makes laws. Courts INTERPRET those laws. And when the court hands down an idiotic interpretation to rewrite one of God's laws, all that Congress has to do is write a new law. It is that simple and always has been that simple. At least it was until Obama came into office.

Tell Congress to protect America by protecting the institution of marriage today! Demand immediate passage of the "Protect Marriage from the Courts Act!"

Dear Chairman Grassley:

The Supreme Court has made a terrible ruling in declaring that homosexuals have a right to get married to each other in Obergefell v. Hodges, a mysterious "right" that was somehow hidden in the 14th Amendment. Mitch McConnell and John Boehner have both basically stated that this is now "the law of the land" and that they have no political options to fight it. This is a lie!

All that Congress has to do is write a new law that reverses the Court's decision. That is it. From 1975 to 1990, Congress overruled the Supreme Court an average of six times per year by rewriting legislation. Congress overturned five separate Supreme Court decisions in 1991 by writing a new version of the Civil Rights Act. In fact, according to research by the New York Times, Congress overturned 131 Supreme Court decisions between 1975 and 2008. This was simply how the federal government operated back when it was still functional.

However, something very strange happened when in January of 2009, Congress stopped overturning Supreme Court decisions and political leaders began throwing out the statement that Supreme Court decisions are "the law of the land." Congress has stopped doing its job! Are you so scared of Obama that you will not do the right thing when it comes to the only definition of marriage that has been in place for thousands of years?

Another power that you can exercise is limiting the jurisdiction of the federal courts. This has been done many times in the past. S. 1080, the "Protect Marriage from the Courts Act of 2015" would limit the jurisdiction of the federal courts to rule on cases involving marriage. This would also void the idiotic Supreme Court decision in Obergefell v. Hodges. Congress writes laws and the courts INTERPRET the laws. The Supreme Court does not get to write laws on its own or to invent new "rights" that were somehow hiding in the Constitution all of these years without anyone noticing them.

I demand that you support and vote for the "Protect Marriage from the Courts Act of 2015." You have the power to stop evil decisions from the Supreme Court and I demand that you use that power!
