Important Legal Information for PAC Contributions:

You may make contributions of up to $5,000 per calendar year to a PAC. Contributions to federal PACs and party committees are limited to $61,400 per two-year cycle ($21,400 of which is reserved exclusively for national party committees). Also, an individual may contribute up to $40,000 to all federal candidates per two-year cycle. Therefore, total contributions to federal candidates and committees, may not, in the aggregate, exceed $101,400 per two-year cycle. Your credit card information will be used only for this transaction through our secure online payment system that we employ including PayPal. Grassroots Campaign Creator, Ltd. (GCC), or any lawfully constituted PAC which works with or through GCC, does not retain credit card information or transmit credit card information to candidate committees. However, federal law requires us to report the name, address, occupation, employer for each GCC contributors who gives more than $200 during each calendar year to the Federal Election Commission. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. If we're unable to use your contribution for the purpose you specify, either because of oversubscription or for another unforeseen reason, it is our policy to use your contribution for other advertising, public relations, advocacy or organizing activities.

Deliverability, Warranty & Disclosure for FaxGram Campaigns

GCC warrants that it has tested all target fax numbers and found the same to be working at the time of testing as fax receiving numbers.  GCC typically sends FaxGrams three times in order to assure delivery.  The party controlling a target fax number has the option of shutting down any receiving service, changing its fax number or blocking faxes and such is beyond the control of GCC and many times is done without the knowledge of GCC.  During periods of high public interest, the volume of FaxGrams sent by GCC and other persons may exceed the capacity of the target fax number(s), the telephone service(s) to the target fax machines, or the ability of the telephone system in general to make deliveries of any sort of electronic packets such as facsimile copies or other types of data transmission, thus limiting (or completely defeating, in some instances) the deliverability of any GCC FaxGram during such period.  GCC attempts three (3) separate times to deliver each fax and, if not successful after three such attempts stops.  After the third unsuccessful attempt, GCC's obligation to send any fax is satisfied.  GCC warrants that it will use its best efforts to timely deliver FaxGrams as described in this clause but makes no other, or further, warranty of any type because such is impossible, or impractical, to do.  In the sole option of GCC, it may elect to send any message via email delivery when FaxGrams are being blocked, the recipient system is not equal to the load or for technical reasons beyond the control of GCC.  While typically, campaign deliveries of FaxGrams succeed but in cases such as described, delivery may be beyond the control of GCC.  Accordingly, all services rendered by GCC are subject to these limitation and you, as the sender of FaxGram(s) and a "customer" of GCC, or its affiliates, agree that these limitations are acceptable to you.

Three Attempt Rule

As stated above, GCC attempts each fax delivery three times and if unsuccessful on the third time will not attempt any additional deliveries; in such cases, the obligation of GCC to send the faxes hereunder are satisfied upon the third attempt.  The reason for this rule is that it is beyond the ability of GCC to control target fax machines which may be turned off or otherwise non-functional, traffic may be so high at a particularly sensitive time that no faxes are getting through due to the sheer volume and (given the fact that a normal fax takes about one minute to deliver) the resources expended in making the three attempts far exceeds those required to deliver a fax in the first place.  By engaging GCC to send the faxes envisioned hereunder, customer accepts this hazard of transmission rule and, nevertheless contracts with GCC to send the envisioned faxes.

Confidentiality and Disclosure

GCC will treat your contact information as private and confidential. We will not provide your contact information to any other organization, unless you specifically authorize us to do so. In accordance with federal law, we report to the Federal Election Commission the name, address, occupation, and employer for each contributor who gives a federally-recognized PAC more than $200 during each calendar year.

For petitions and surveys you've signed or completed, GCC will treat your name, city, state, and comments as public information for example, we may provide compilations of petitions, with your comments, to the President and legislators. But in no such case will we disclose your street address, email address or phone number, without your permission. We may also make your comments, along with your first name, city, state, and country, available to the press and public online.

By electing to use GCC's FaxGram service, you agree that GCC may contact you regarding the results of the efforts including email updates that are directly linked to GCC's FaxGram activities.

You also agree that at the conclusion of the FaxGram, GCC may redirect you to an appropriate page on any sponsoring lawfully constituted and operating PAC recognized as such by the US or any state.
