$1 Trillion California Flood - Stop Shielding Federal Incompetents!

Tell Congress:
Stop Shielding Public Sector Labor
Union Workers From Liability!

The Oroville Dam in California which has been woefully in need of repairs for more than a decade could collapse in the next few days, causing trillions of dollars in damages and creating up to 2 million refugees inside the United States.

These infrastructure problems happen because federal and state employees are shielded from personal liability which no one in the private sector is afforded!

Send Personal Letters to the House Ways & Means Committee or the entire Congress today and tell them to put America First by reforming our unfair liability laws which give special protections to public sector labor union bureaucrats!

In case you have not seen it on the news, the Oroville Dam's emergency spillway is close to collapsing due to record rainfall. If that happens, multiple cities in north-central California will be flooded, creating a mass exodus from that part of the state and causing massive financial damage.

188,000 people have already been evacuated from their homes as engineers attempt to shore up the problem.

State officials in former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's administration and in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) were warned about these problems back in 2006.1

Because government bureaucrats are never held liable for catastrophic failures like the ones seen in the video above in California, nothing gets done to fix our nation's crumbling infrastructure.

Illegal aliens, Obamaphones, and millions of unvetted pseudo-refugees were prioritized over American lives for more than a decade and this is the result.

Nothing will happen to any bureaucrats if that dam collapses. But make no mistake about it, YOU as an American citizen will be forced to pay for the consequences with your tax dollars.

Liability laws have been around for THOUSANDS of years as proven by Deuteronomy 22:8, "When you build a new house, then you shall make a parapet for your roof, that you may not bring guilt of bloodshed on your household if anyone falls from it."

Yet in modern-day America, public sector labor union members are allowed to take on high-paying jobs with no responsibility for failure, no liability and no danger of ever being fired.

This is wrong and it is why the Oroville Dam will be paid for by YOU in full if it collapses.

Tell Congress to stop shielding unaccountable faceless bureaucrats that are allowed to cause trillions of dollars in potential damages through their negligence!

Dear Chairman Brady:

As an American taxpayer, I will be forced to foot the bill if the Oroville Dam in California collapses and creates 2 million American refugees. This is outrageous. State AND federal bureaucrats were warned about this developing problem in California more than a decade ago. But because there is no accountability for overpaid public sector labor union members, nothing was done to fix the problem. If that dam collapses it could easily flood Sacramento and cause a trillion dollars worth of damage, when the problem could have been repaired a decade ago for a fraction of the cost.

Since 2006 when Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) were first warned about the Oroville Dam, nothing has been done to repair the problem. However, billions of taxpayer dollars have been spent to pay for:  Obamaphones; driver's licenses for illegal aliens; tax refunds for illegal aliens; millions of pseudo-refugees from terrorism sponsoring countries; Obama family vacations at $100 million per trip; $25 billion per year for federal agencies to fight "global warming" which is a proven scientific hoax; UN abortion programs in Third World countries; and countless other wasteful expenses that benefit foreigners instead of Americans.

The IRS and other federal employees owed $3.5 billion in back taxes (as of 2011 when they stopped keeping track) which would have been more than enough to fix the Oroville Dam. This nonsense will continue happening in America as long as federal employees receive shielding from liability - a protection that no one in the private sector is afforded. If a bureaucrat had known that his job and livelihood were on the line a decade ago, perhaps he would have spoken out loudly enough and we would not currently be facing a trillion dollar bill for a catastrophic dam collapse.

You must reform liability laws so that public sector labor union members like the ones in California and at FERC will start to put America first again. It is inexcusable that a problem like the Oroville Dam is only dealt with after it becomes a crisis. If you think that Syrian refugees are bad news for American cities, just wait until a couple of million refugees from California come knocking on your state's door! Reform the liability laws now so that future long-term problems like this will be avoided!
