FEDERAL UNION WORKERS DEFRAUD U.S. TREASURY $8 BILLION PER YEAR IN UNPAID TAXES!

Fire All Federal Tax Scofflaws:
Tell Congress to Pass HR 393!

100,000 federal workers, including IRS agents, skip out on paying $1 billion per year in delinquent tax bills -- because these employees know they cannot be fired for any reason.1

The average federal worker salary is $123,160 as of 2015, more than $50,000 per year more than the private sector average of $69,901 and yet 100,000 federal workers cannot be bothered to pay their taxes!2

HR 393, the Tax Accountability Act of 2017, will allow agency and department head to finally FIRE federal workers who willfully refuse to pay their taxes like everyday Americans. Read the bill HERE.

Tell Congress, starting with the House Oversight Committee to pass this bill so that federal agencies can fire worthless federal workers who don't pay their taxes. Use the form on this page to send your Personal Letters today!

According to IRS data, 100,000 federal employees owed $1 billion in unpaid taxes in Fiscal Years 2014 and 2015. When federal contractors are included, the amount of unpaid taxes jumps up to $8 billion per year.

Yet it is virtually impossible to fire a federal employee because the union bosses have paid off Members to Congress to prevent the termination of federal employees.

This is why DEA agents can get caught with prostitutes and EPA employees can watch pornography for four hours of every work day and still keep their jobs!

The public sector labor union workers are robbing America blind because currently, there are no consequences and no one is punished for skipping out on paying their taxes.

As the Bible states in 2 Thessalonians 3:10, "If anyone will not work, neither shall he eat." It is outrageous that 100,000 federal workers pay nothing back into the Treasury each year but you continue to pay their salaries.

HR 393 will allow federal agency heads to fire employees who owe thousands of dollars in taxes but make no effort to pay it back.

The bill does not apply to federal workers who are genuinely trying to pay what they owe. But for those who are willfully defrauding America, they can finally be fired under this bill.

Tell Congress to support and pass HR 393 so we can begin to drain the corrupt swamp in Washington, D.C.

Dear Chairman Gowdy:

An IRS report has found that approximately 100,000 federal employees - public sector labor union members - skip out on paying $1 billion in taxes per year. The number jumps up to $8 billion per year when you include federal contractors. In spite of this massive delinquency in unpaid taxes, none of these workers can be fired under current rules. This is crazy and you need to change the law so that these crooks can be booted off the job! It is infuriating that the average federal salary and compensation is now $123,160 per year compared to the private sector - the real world - where the average salary is $69,901 per year. Yet many federal workers cannot be bothered to pay their taxes!

Year after year we see news stories about IRS agents and other federal workers who skip out on paying their taxes and then they receive bonuses or promotions. Meanwhile, social security and other programs are going broke. In the past two years we have seen DEA agents cavorting with prostitutes and EPA employees watching pornography on the job, all at taxpayer expense. Yet agency and department heads cannot fire these workers for any reason. Can't we all agree that at the very least, skipping out on a $10,000 tax bill should make someone ineligible to continue in their taxpayer-funded job?

HR 393, the Tax Accountability Act of 2017, allows agency and department heads to fire employees with significant delinquent tax bills. The bill also prevents federal contractors from being rehired if they owe the IRS a significant amount of money. It is outrageous that my tax dollars continue to pay the salaries of these people and yet they skip out on paying their taxes. If a member of the general public owed a large tax bill and willfully refused to pay it they would be punished, but federal workers get to play by a different set of rules and in fact their jobs are protected!

I demand that you support and pass this vitally important legislation. Punishing these tax cheats would go a long way toward preventing future crimes. This bill only impacts those federal employees who are willfully skipping out on paying taxes. It does not impact anyone who is genuinely working to pay off their taxes or those who are disputing the IRS' claims. The American people are sick and tired of paying salaries to people who are blatantly ripping us off. Pass the Tax Accountability Act and start booting these tax cheats from their positions!
